The Innovator Catalyst: Decarbonising Buildings has been designed by Climate-KIC, Europe’s largest public-private initiative in the area of climate change prevention.
The Innovator Catalyst is an eight-day intensive residential workshop, which is aimed at overcoming market, technical, social, and other challenges that building professionals face when constructing low-carbon buildings or providing low-carbon products and services to the market.
Participants will be expected to bring a relevant case study of real-life issues (e.g. a problem or a potential opportunity) that that they are experiencing or have experienced in their work. The Innovator Catalyst will apply transition tools and theories, peer-to-peer learning, site visits, and industry and academic seminars to participants’ case studies.
This is the third edition of the Innovator Catalyst. In 2014 it ran in the West Midlands, UK, and in Valencia, Spain, and received lovely reviews from participants and presenters alike!
